The technician Alex was polite, knowledgeable and prepared: he came with the right tools and parts and had the fridge fixed within the hour. ( Small but meaningful to me detail: he put protective covers on his shoes to protect my floors–unasked). The fee to come out and diagnose was reasonable and was applied to the work he did.
