Found this company bc my partner likes to watch YouTube videos of how men get things done. He recommended I reach out to them after I shared how other HVAC companies have not been able to help. We had a big job with 2 ceiling units in an apartment in Manhattan. One was leaking profusely to the point of damaging the ceiling and the adjacent wall; we could not turn it off, as it was right in the middle of the July heat wave, so we let it run and leak, until it stopped working, while trying to find a company who could send someone sooner rather than later.
The other AC was also working poorly and we didn’t have the option of having different temperatures for 3 different bedrooms, since the main BR unit covers all bedrooms.
This was a lot of work, and took multiple visits alternating with plumbers to clean the condensation drain pipes. We tried two other companies, who either kept rescheduling or didn’t take on the job at all after seeing the extent of things.
