Our rooftop AC unit broke down in the height of the summer heatwave. I contacted Fusion HVACR to run some diagnostics and propose solutions. The evaporator coil needed replacing and the parts were ordered from the manufacturer. Lead time was a couple of weeks for the parts but once they arrived Sam made an appointment for a Sunday morning which I really appreciated and got the system up and running. It was not cheap, but it was a better alternative than replacing the entire unit.
Communication was clear, text message before arrival with name of tech en route, and updates throughout with the latest status. I will continue to use this company and will be getting my AC units checked regularly in future. Shout out to Arthur for keeping on top of the comms. Thanks Fusion.
