I recently had an HVAC emergency on the hottest day of the year, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service provided by Gold Fusion HVAC. The entire experience, from my initial call to the completion of the repair, was exceptional. Despite the sweltering heat and high demand, the team responded promptly and arrived at my home within a remarkably short time. The coordinator on the phone was very friendly and reasonable. The technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner. Thanks to Gold Fusion HVAC, my home is now cool and comfortable again.

Terrific service from this company: Fusion was recommended to me and I heartily second the recommendation. I had a terrible noise develop in my fridge. I called and they came out the same day. The technician Alex was polite, knowledgeable and prepared: he came with the right tools and parts and had the fridge fixed within the hour. ( Small but meaningful to me detail: he put protective covers on his shoes to protect my floors--unasked). The fee to come out and diagnose was reasonable and was applied to the work he did. Ultimately he charged me for one hour's labor and the noise is gone. Absolutely first rate experience, will use again. A+ .

Found this company bc my partner likes to watch YouTube videos of how men get things done. He recommended I reach out to them after I shared how other HVAC companies have not been able to help. We had a big job with 2 ceiling units in an apartment in Manhattan. One was leaking profusely to the point of damaging the ceiling and the adjacent wall; we could not turn it off, as it was right in the middle of the July heat wave, so we let it run and leak, until it stopped working, while trying to find a company who could send someone sooner rather than later. The other AC was also working poorly and we didn't have the option of having different temperatures for 3 different bedrooms, since the main BR unit covers all bedrooms. This was a lot of work, and took multiple visits alternating with plumbers to clean the condensation drain pipes. We tried two other companies, who either kept rescheduling or didn't take on the job at all after seeing the extent of things. Fusion men were prompt, professional and very, VERY intelligent and competent. All issues were taken care of. I really appreciate everything about our experience with this company, and so glad to have found them! It was a great pleasure, and we will keep this relationship for all our HVAC needs in our several apartments.

Fusion did a great job diagnosing and repairing the failed high pressure switch that was caused by the installer's failure to braze the filter drier. The installer refused to come out to service the unit he installed and all the other people that quoted the job were way more expensive. Would definitely use Fusion again.
